As you would imagine-- studies show that women have different preferences from men when it comes to buying cars.
One study showed that nearly all of the cars that women are most interested in fall into the categories of “crossover cars” or “sporty-but-inexpensive.” The three most popular cars with women over the last three months were the Volkswagon Tiguan, the Volkswagen Beetle, and the Hyundai Tucson. Only the Tiguan had over 60 percent female ownership, compared to a long list of cars like the Porsche 911 and the Chevrolet Corvette that have usually have over 90 percent male ownership

if you want to make your workout count, you've got to eat before and after your workout. But what you eat is key. For instance, eat high-carb, low-fat snacks before your workout:
Banana with yogurt
A whole-wheat toasted bagel with fruit spread
A quick bowl of instant oatmeal
It's also important to put something in your stomach after you work out, too. Do a carb/protein blend, such as:
A peanut butter sandwich
A small handful of walnuts or almonds
