So Jon is set to move into a $36,000 a month apartment in Trump Place and he's going to need that space. He's already hired a writer to help him write a tell-all about Kate's affair with her married bodyguard. Jon allegedly claims that he and his estranged-wife, Kate, haven't been intimate in a year and wants $10 million for the book. On a happier note, TLC claims that Jon's alleged mistress is not set to be featured this season.
