Lindsay Lohan continues her downward spiral. She was spotted in a London club where she set up a promotional tour in London at the same time ex-girlfriend, Samantha Ronson is there to try and win her back. She was mumbling about feeling 'totally caged' and after hiding in the bathroom with a group of friends, came out with a vodka in her hand and tried to curl up on the dance floor. Yikes.
