You land on a page, and all of a sudden a video automatically starts, and it's always really loud!
What do you do? Get FlashMute. Shuts those ads down before they start.

-YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT FARMVILLE
You like Facebook, but you hate all those annoying notices about quiz results and Farmville ribbons.
What do you do? If you're a Firefox user, check out Facebook Purity which strips all that junk out. Or just start using Facebook Lite, which strips your feed down to its bare essentials.

Last weekend, a group of inventors unveiled the "Heineken Bot" at the Kinetica Art Fair in London. Basically, it's a Heineken mini-keg-on-wheels that's been programmed to zoom around a party pouring drinks for people. And yes, it's as cool as it sounds.

“Twilight” fans listen up! “Eclipse” the 3rd movie in the saga comes out in June. I am hearing rumors that the first trailer for the movie will be out this weekend! It may happen during the coming attractions for “Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightening Thief.” If you go see the movie, let me know if the trailer is shown.
By the way, Wal-Mart has the rights to a special 2-disc fan edition of “New Moon.” It comes out on March 20th and is called “The Twilight saga: New moon Ultimate Fan Edition.” The DVD will have a special 7-minute feature about the next movie ‘Eclipse.”

This is pretty cool! When the next “Spider-Man” movie comes out, it will be in 3D. It comes out in 2012.

Warner Bros. just renewed “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” for three more seasons. It has been picked up from the 2013-2014 season. That will be Ellen will be on the air for 11 seasons!
